Artificial Intelligence: Legal Issues, Policy, and Practical Strategies
As a rapidly expanding technology, AI stands to be both the subject of, and used in, antitrust investigations. As discovery and analysis have become more expansive and sophisticated in both public and private investigations, AI is sure to play a role. Is AI a useful tool in antitrust investigations and how? What issues around the use of AI are likely to arise in contested proceedings? This session gets practitioners up to speed on the top issues and things to watch for.
