    The panelists will address: 1) the Congressional mandate for federal courts to offer at least one form of ADR; 2) how federal and state courts utilize ADR to improve access to justice and increase judicial efficiency; 3) the role of videoconferencing and other technology considerations in ADR; 4) ADR training for judges and staff; and 5) how data collection can be implemented and used to improve ADR programs.
