The Legal and Social Ramifications of Pandemics on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties
This program will address three categories of human trafficking crimes: (i) the sex trade; (ii) forced labor; and (iii) domestic servitude. The program will address features and deficiencies in state and federal criminal and civil law; particular Native American issues; the relationship of gender-based violence to human trafficking; and comparisons of US law with laws of several other countries.
