Resolving PFAS-related disputes will inevitably involve assistance from technical experts. This panel will focus on best practices for attorneys and experts (both consulting and testifying) working together to serve clients involved in PFAS-related disputes. Panelists will discuss the role of attorneys and experts in discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and depositions and examinations, with an emphasis on those skills in the context of PFAS litigation. Panelists will also discuss how to identify and engage PFAS experts. The panel will feature an environmental consultant and private attorneys with experience in expert issues in the PFAS setting.
