Until recently, the Amendments have been interesting but may not have required immediate attention in day to day practice. However, the Amendments have now been adopted in ten states and are currently effective in five states, including Delaware. It's time to implement the Amendments in your deals. This program will explain how the Amendments may apply to your transactions directly or indirectly (through the use of the Amendments by others involving the same collateral).
