Many U.S. public companies seek to access the capital markets outside of the U.S., whether because they already have a presence outside of the U.S., they are seeking to diversify the markets in which they trade, or they are just looking to raise more capital in general. This program will give participants an idea of what is involved in a dual listing on the legal side, including the process and the pros and cons.
