The introduction of generative AI has important legal and ethical implications regarding copyright, privacy laws, corporate trade secrets, antidiscrimination laws, ADA compliance, and much more. This discussion will explore the legal, ethical, and academic policy considerations regarding the use of generative AI by businesses, their employees, and their vendors.

      CLE Information

      The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 1.80 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states, including 1.5 hours of CLE ethics credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of CLE specialty credit in 50-minute states*.
