The EU Artificial Intelligence Act: Regulating Uncharted Waters [CC]
European Parliament recently approved the final draft of the EU AI Act to regulate artificial intelligence across all industries. This first-of-its-kind act proposes a risk-based governance scheme will create new requirements across a broad scope of entities and jurisdictions.
