Topics expected to be covered include:
• International CAMT issues
• PTEP (f/k/a PTI) new developments including AM 2023-002 and PLR 202304008 dealing with mid-year distributions and a PTEP guidance update
• Section 367 update including a section 367(d) update and what’s up with Killer B guidance update
• Recent decisions in the cross-border context: Rawat -v Com’r (non-resident sale of U.S. partnership); Farhy v. Com’r (6038(b) penalties); Bittner v US (FBAR)
And anything else new, fun, or interesting in International Tax to discuss.
