Ombuds are impartial conflict management professionals employed in a variety of organizations to help employees or outside customers with conflicts. Our presenters, including former Head of Ombuds Services at Twitter Dina Lynch Eisenberg, Organizational Ombuds Consultant Chuck Doran, and former Chair of the International Ombuds Association Chuck Howard, collectively bring 75 years of experience in the Ombuds space as thought leaders, advisors, and practitioners.

This program will provide an overview of an Ombuds program and how it can help organizations address current challenges and prepare for the future of work. After attending this program, you will be able to:
