These technologies have widespread application in construction projects of all kinds, and also have significant legal impacts that practitioners need to understand when advising clients - be they owners, consultants, or contractors. The panel discussion will describe these technologies and their application for different participants in the industry, and discuss some of the legal implications that they carry.
The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of General CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of General CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state?s approval and credit rounding rules
