We'll distill practical guidance from ethics opinions and case law from all over that lawyers should know to protect their clients and themselves and to practice more effectively. Topics will include: safely practicing across jurisdictional lines, conflicts of interest, lawyer departures from law firms, attorney-client arbitration agreements, electronic payments from clients, responding to negative online reviews, and lawyer cybersecurity.
