Heintz will bring attendees up to speed on hot topics and emerging trends in CWA litigation. Francois will present on the WOTUS jurisdiction matter before the U.S. Supreme Court this term, Sackett v. EPA. Francois represents the Sacketts and will share the latest developments in the case.
