Chemical Product Law and Supply Chain Stewardship: A Guide to New TSCA

This program will include presentations from seasoned Clean Water Act (CWA) practitioners John Heintz (Partner, Latham & Watkins, LLP) and Tony Francois (Partner, Briscoe Ivester & Bazel LLP). The program will provide attendees who are looking for an introductory course on CWA or those that could benefit from a refresher with a lightning speed tour of the fundamentals of the statute from "waters of the U.S." jurisdiction, to Section 402 permitting, and water quality standards. Heintz will bring attendees up to speed on hot topics and emerging trends in CWA litigation. Francois will present on the WOTUS jurisdiction matter before the U.S. Supreme Court this term, Sackett v. EPA. Francois represents the Sacketts and will share the latest developments in the case.
