Affordable housing has some of the highest eviction rates in the country and its residents are among some of the country's most vulnerable. Learn about innovations that large affordable housing providers have adopted to dramatically reduce their eviction rates during the COVID-19 pandemic, what lessons these innovations offer today for other affordable housing providers, and the roles that affordable housing attorneys could play in shepherding a similar turn around with their clients. We will also discuss policies that could be adopted by state and local housing agencies to reduce eviction rates at the affordable properties they fund and monitor.
