With The New York Convention, The Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements, The Singapore Mediation Convention, and the ambitious Hague Judgments Convention continuing to gain signatories and support, enforcement across borders is a topic that will continue to be at the forefront of the legal profession. This program will take an in-depth look at the enforcement of judgments within the USA and UK and analyze the ability of the form shop in both the USA and UK and the advantages or disadvantages of the forms in the context of cross-border enforcement.
