Expert and experienced practitioners, such as litigators, academics, and investors, will discuss current cutting edge ESG considerations and their impact in the field of securities litigation. BLB&G Partners John Rizio-Hamilton and Rebecca Boon, Skadden Partner Anita Brandy, Arjuna Capital Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager Natasha Lamb, and University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School ILE Presidential Professor and Co-Director Lisa Fairfax, will come together to discuss high profile ESG issues from various perspectives.
