This program explores the unique challenges and considerations involved with the choice to pursue adjudication or arbitration while a construction project is still on-going. This webinar will give attendees a background understanding of how mid-project dispute resolution differs from end-of-project dispute resolution and provide key takeaways that would be helpful to consider during the management of mid-project adjudication or arbitration.
The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of General CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of General CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules
Note: Online Registration will close at 10AM ET August 17. Anyone that registers afterwards with the ABA Service Center may not receive their confirmation email with their dial in instructions before the start of the webinar.
