      On November 30, 2020, the Fed, the FDIC and the OCC jointly issued a statement on LIBOR Transition. Among other requirements, the statement encouraged banks to cease entering into new LIBOR contracts by no later than December 31, 2021. As a result, new loan contracts from January 1, 2022, reference SOFR. This program will explore emerging trends in SOFR loan documentation from the perspective of administrative agents, arrangers and lenders.
