Rejection is the dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea or the spurning of a person's affections. In the legal field, one often faces rejection and all undoubtedly had one consistent view of it; negative. But how often has rejection lead to an even higher level of success, or a better relationship, job, friends, place to live, than we even imagined possible? Rejection does not exist; what we are truly facing is redirection. Redirection is a positive, useful guide that gets us to where and who we are destined to be. Much like a paradigm, whether you see rejection or redirection, is just a matter of how you look at your circumstances and what has actually happened. This skill is imperative to maintain a healthy mindset in the often strenuous legal field, but also can help attorneys redirect their clients' outlook on a case. This program will teach attendees how to master rejection and redirect their mindset.
