This program will cover all aspects of preparing for and participating in a virtual mediation. It will address both substantive aspects of mediation and the "how tos" of virtual mediations. The topics will range from determining whether the case is suitable for virtual mediation, to selecting the mediator, preparing for and participating in the proceeding, to closing the deal and handling post mediation issues. The program will deal with mediations from the viewpoint of both plaintiffs and defendants as well as that of the mediators.
