Introducing EJCDC’s New CM as Advisor Contract Document Series [CC]
The Engineer’s Joint Contract Documents Committee will present an overview of the new CM as Advisor Contract Documents Series. We will discuss the key attributes of the contracts, and will highlight certain important areas where these contracts differ from other standard forms.

- Evaluate when to elect the use of the new forms;
- Identify key ways that these forms vary from other EJCDC or AIA forms; and
- Locate key provisions for modification or revision depending upon your client base.
The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of General CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of General CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules
*Florida Bar regulators have stated that attorneys will not receive Florida credit for this ABA program, even if they self-apply.
