In impaired driving cases, judges and juries are called upon to determine beyond a reasonable doubt whether a driver was impaired by their use of alcohol and/or drugs. Sometimes that determination must be made without a test indicating the level of substances in the driver's body. This program will address what impairment is, and how courts determine whether one is impaired. After this program, attendees will be able to:
