The panelists will explore various laws and regulations focused on Veteran advocacy, delve into the nuances involved with representing clients from the Veteran/Military community and examine the various venues Military/Veteran community matters can be handled.
Participants will be informed about the military culture and how to handle military clients, discuss strategies and options on how handle navigate civil law matters concerning the Veteran/Military community, and explore various options to qualify for appearance before various courts and tribunals (e.g., matters before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Board of Veterans Appeals and the necessary requirements practice before these courts and boards).
