The Supreme Judiciary: October Term 2022
The pandemic and resulting closure of courtrooms and government buildings made sudden moves from in-person proceedings to virtual proceedings necessary, for virtually all courts and administrative tribunals. After more than a year of virtual hearings, it is time to assess the advantages and disadvantages of each forum.
