Family Advocate Client Manual Summer 2020: Vol. 43, No.1
Attorneys working with employee benefit plans encounter many unique ethical questions and challenges. This program will address ethical issues of particular interest to ERISA attorneys, as well as some recent developments in legal ethics generally, all using relatable and interactive scenarios.
