Closed Captioned.
These days it seems like every franchise agreement contains franchisor territorial carve outs to retain rights for non-traditional venues or special outlets (or even ghost kitchens). But how are franchisors actually going about non-traditional venue franchising? Airport deals are different than university deals, which are very different than convenience store, stadium, or hospital deals. This program looks at non-traditional franchising from the basics (disclosure, registration, and available exemptions) to the more advanced issues (multi-unit agreements, negotiated variations from the standard franchise agreement, relationships with the host facility, supplier and distributor issues, and government contracting issues).
