Historically, innovations in environmental policy occur when the immediacy of an issue brings industry, consumers, environmentalists, and policy makers together in a common effort. We are at that moment in time with how to address the way we handle, dispose, use, and perhaps most importantly, how we reuse materials. Recycling in the 21st Century presents many challenges and, with that, many opportunities for improvement. This webinar will explore legal, policy, environmental, and legislative trends influencing the global recycling movement, which can become a key component of our global transition into an integrated circular economy. It will include insights from both inside and outside counsel currently navigating this rapidly changing landscape.
Speakers will discuss international developments in China and the EU influencing U.S. recycling policies and markets. Additionally, they will address emerging technological and legislative issues and trends, such as EPA's recycling goals, chemical recycling and minimum recycled content laws. Finally, the practitioners will share practical tips learned in implementation of corporate recycling programs.
