Technology for the dispute resolution field has evolved along two pathways - technology intended to directly assist parties in conflict to resolve their dispute without a third person, and technology designed to augment and help the trained practitioner in conflict management. ADR Notable follows the second path, with a case and practice management technology platform designed specifically for individuals and firms providing dispute resolution services. It is the product of years of effort engaging with experienced mediators, academic faculty and their students, and experts providing a range of dispute resolution and conflict management training.
Beginning in 2017, ADR Notable began to investigate how basic technology could assist dispute resolution practitioners. Prototype testing with over 30 mediators led to the development of the first comprehensive software platform designed specifically for both individual case and practice management for dispute resolution practitioners. ADR Notable launched commercial operations at the end of 2020.
We invite you to keep up to date with the technology available in our field and meet ADR Notable's founder, Gary Doernhoefer, who will provide a short demonstration of the platform. Eileen Petzold-Bradley will also moderate and facilitate the discussion.
