2021 continued to provide attorneys and law firms with obstacles to improving the success of their practices. With the eventual return to a "next normal," it is time to consider what lawyers and firm should be doing right now to set themselves and their practices up for the highest good. There are key practical considerations to correctly closing out your calendar year legal practice. There are also mental health and well-being considerations that will not only help you avoid end of year burn-out, but are needed to avoid unnecessary ethical dilemmas.
This program combines practical solutions for organizing practices, for considering changes in practice areas, to basic planning solutions that attorneys often forget about until the year is over. This program thus considers aspects of practice often overlooked, ways to plan for the seemingly never-ending emotional issues wrought by the pandemic, and how to prepare for success in a world no longer based solely on an in-office model.
