In 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court's crowded its docket with environmental, energy, and resources law cases. The Justices have decided or will decide significant cases on interstate water use, eminent domain, climate change compensation, clean-up costs, and more. This panel of scholars and practitioners will review analyze and discuss how these decisions are likely to shape and influence the future of environmental, energy, and resources law. Panelists will also consider major environmental cases that have been decided by the federal appellate courts with an eye towards the most likely candidates for Supreme Court review.
