The Supreme Judiciary: October Term 2022
Panelists will provide basic information and guidance on the unemployment insurance (UI) appeal hearing process. The program will include discussion of the US Department of Labor���s performance standards governing the unemployment insurance benefits appeal hearings, practical procedural advice from administrative law judges and others involved in these proceedings, and additional laws and regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic and recent federal legislation.
