This program is filled with best practices and policies on how law firms and employers can take into account and address this impact as they develop and implement their back-to-work plans.

The program will feature: 1) key findings from the Practice Forward survey, Practicing Law In the Pandemic and Moving Forward: Results and Best Practices from a Nationwide Survey of the Legal Profession ; 2) recommendations from a proposed policy resolution addressing these issues; and 3) a panel of law firm and DEI leaders from different practice settings discussing post-pandemic return-to-work and how they plan to foster a healthy and productive work environment for disproportionately impacted groups. This program is not to be missed by legal employers and bar associations!
