This session will follow Fred and Wilma, as Fred has a bad fall, spends four-days in the emergency department, is moved to skilled nursing care and rehabilitation, and seeks to return home with home care and rehab services, with care all along the journey being paid for by Medicare and Medicaid. Attendees will explore how to apply the regulations in Medicare and Medicaid to help Wilma and Fred pay for care.
