Speakers: Andrew Downs and Adam Shwartzbaum
The first hour of the program will dive into litigating Property Insurance COVID-19 Claims. The speakers are Plaintiff and Defense counsel and will provide their experience in bringing and defending these claims. Attendees will learn from experienced attorneys in this field what needs to be proved to bring these claims and how.
3-4pm: Decisions and Rationale
Speakers: Anthony Orlano
The second hour of the program will dive into recent decisions and rationales from attorneys who are litigating these cases, their takes on the decisions, and the evolving landscape of Covid-19 cases.
After hour 2, the CLE webinar will break for the day, as the 4 hour program will be divided into two days.
