The Construction Project, Second Edition
Time is money. This adage is never more true than on a construction project. Most construction disputes revolve around delays to the project. The importance of scheduling and schedule analyses cannot be ignored or overstated.

In this second segment of the Forums scheduling webinar series, our Panel will provide guidance on important topics including: how to you evaluate the strength of your case when it depends on schedule delay analysis? Are your schedule and schedule analysis effective? How does an Owner defend against a schedule delay claim? How do you devise and formulate your legal strategy? This webinar builds off of part one and dives into AACEI delay analysis techniques, acceleration, productivity, measured mile, escalation, home office overhead, and liquidated damages. The seminar will also discuss the guidance from American Courts and Boards regarding scheduling delay analyses.
The ABA will seek 1.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.8 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each states approval and credit rounding rules.
Note: Online Registration will close at 10AM ET April 28. Anyone that registers afterwards with the ABA service center may not receive their confirmation email with their dial in instructions before the start of the webinar.
