For many energy transition projects relying on new technology such as hydrogen and off shore wind, there is little legal U.S. precedent and the related contract law and law related to government regulation and government incentives is developing. On the communications side, infrastructure projects are underway to accommodate rapidly accelerating customer demand for high speed networks and new communications services. Learn about legal issues related to 5G wireless and wireline IP broadband networks.
Panelists include Seabron Adamson, Vice President and Head of Global Energy Disputes & Regulation, Charles River Associates; Dennis Hough, Director of Regulatory Policy, Avangrid, Inc.; and Joseph Tocco, Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, AT&T. Martha Kammoun, Partner, Bracewell, LLP, will moderate the program.
