The panel will address key aspects of the health benefit provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA 2021). Under CAA 2021 many changes were enacted for health and dependent care FSAs, including carrying over unused amounts in 2020 to 2021. This webinar will feature Office of Chief Counsel and Office of Benefits Tax Counsel comments and insight into the CAA 2021 new temporary flexibility for health and dependent care FSAs. The panel will also address other key aspects of CAA 2021 and important healthcare guidance, including surprise medical billing, healthcare price transparency, advanced EOBs, and the MHPAEA comparative analysis.
