Thousands of victims, both adults and children, are forced into labor and sexual exploitation in the US every year. Measures such as laws to rein in trafficking and community services to provide counseling or housing have been created to aid victims. However, survivors usually face other challenges including poverty, marginalization, and stigmatism. This webinar will outline the role of the legal system in combatting trafficking and assisting survivors with long term solutions.
