U.S. EPA Enforcement Priorities

AAG Clark will provide a general overview of the Environment & Natural Resources Division and the work it does, address current enforcement work and trends that the ENRD is seeing around the country. He also will discuss the principles that guide DOJ enforcement as well as recent memoranda addressing overfilling of state enforcement actions and supplemental environmental projects.
