    U.S. EPA Enforcement Priorities

    AAG Clark will provide a general overview of the Environment & Natural Resources Division and the work it does, address current enforcement work and trends that the ENRD is seeing around the country. He also will discuss the principles that guide DOJ enforcement as well as recent memoranda addressing overfilling of state enforcement actions and supplemental environmental projects.

Panelists representing regulated businesses, public utilities and EPA will discuss recent rule-making and the policy-making goals of the agencies, the regulated community and the public as reflected in recent rule-making activities, the public comments on those activities, lessons from litigation over resulting rules, and how the 2020 pandemic has affected rule-making goals and achievements.
