    In 1986, more than 20 years after the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the United States Supreme Court first recognized sexual harassment as a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex. In 2017, more than 30 years after that landmark decision, claims of sexual harassment in the workplace are still grabbing headlines and ending the careers of stars such as Bill O’Reilly and Harvey Weinstein, just to name a few. 

    Some say, "There’s no such thing as bad publicity." But when it comes to sexual harassment, that saying couldn’t be further from the truth.
