CLE Courses
The list below is only a taste of the 24 hours of programming to be offered. There's something for everyone.

Malpractice-Knowing What It Is and Dealing with It
Speaker: Tim Gephart, Prolegia Vice President of Claims
With years of experience in legal malpractice claims, Tim Gephart will present an innovative program on the risks of practice and how to avoid them. Tim will discuss the differences between malpractice and ethical violations and provide insight on working with your carrier and mitigating the damages. A practical presentation will be given on deciding how much and what kind of coverage you really need. This will be a good "nuts-and-bolts" presentation.

Researching on the Internet
Speaker: West Publishing
From the epicenter of legal research comes this outstanding program on the latest tools in legal research. The question is no longer, "Do I research on line?" That is a given. Now it is learning how to do it in the most effective and efficient manner. West representatives will introduce the latest innovations in online legal research while discussing the numerous options available for obtaining quality research products. These demonstrations will complement the ongoing demonstrations that will be available during the conference.

Controlling the Paper Tiger
Speaker: David Masters, Montrose, Colorado
The world of client and file management is becoming more complex every day. David will take you down the path of new technologies in the world of information management. He will highlight the good and the bad while giving you the criteria upon which decisions can be made. Plenty of time will be devoted to the low-cost alternatives and mixed-use formulas for the successful infusion of technology into your office paper management.
