This year's Nominating Committee will recommend candidates for four Member-at-Large positions on the Governing Committee beginning August 2012, when Harris Chernow, Deborah Coldwell and Karen Satterlee complete their terms, and the Governing Committee will add a new member, completing the expansion of the Committee that began last year.

An election to fill these positions will take place at the Forum's Annual Business Meeting, which will be held in conjunction with the 34th Annual Forum on Franchising.
