Best of the Listserv

We have picked one topic of discussion from the ESQ listserv for March's best of the listserv.

The 1040 Handbook

Jack Zuckerman and
William F. Wolf
Product Code 5130118

This updated edition of a classic reference source explains how to use the 1040 return as a discovery tool in divorce cases - in practice, not theory.

Designed as a quick reference, The 1040 Handbook is divided into individual chapters on the most commonly used schedules and forms, providing a clearly written discussion of each along with a sample form.

Using a hypothetical couple's 2001 tax return, The 1040 Handbook provides a line-by-line analysis of the federal tax form and its schedules to suggest appropriate areas of inquiry

To order today, call the ABA Service Center at 800-285-2221 and request Product Code 5130118 or order online.
