Former Section Council Member, Susan Wolfson, died on Tuesday, June 14.  In addition to being a member of Council, Susan served the Section as Co-Chair of both the Alimony and Congressional Relations Committees, and as Liaison to the Commission on Women and to the Standing Committee on Professionalism.

Each year the Section of Family Law sponsors two multi-day CLE Conferences and numerous TeleSeminars.  These programs feature nationally recognized speakers addressing cutting edge topics relevant to the practice of family law.

What's in it for me?
Section members can earn over 15+ hours of continuing legal education credit at each of our Spring and Fall Conferences and attend a number of teleseminars (accredited by many states) throughout the year. 

You can become involved in the CLE production process by submitting CLE program ideas and speaker suggestions to the CLE Committee.  The CLE Committee is currently accepting program submission for the Spring 2006 CLE Conference, scheduled May 3-6, 2006 in Washington, DC.  Please use the CLE Proposal Form to share your ideas with the CLE Committee.  All forms must be submitted by July 15, 2005.

How do I access it?
All Section of Family Law members receive brochure mailings for upcoming conferences.  Information on TeleSeminars is sent via e-mail.  Programs are listed on the Section’s web site at
