Urges all legal employers to: (1) adopt policies and practices that promote flexible work arrangements (“FWA”); (2) establish clear, equitable and written policies about the availability and procedures for FWA; (3) permit lawyers time off to address personal and family needs; and (4) provide lawyers with the tools and resources necessary for them to be successful with their FWA.
