Chemical and Life Sciences Patent Committee
Issues of particular interest or import relating to the intellectual property protection of inventions in the chemical and biotechnology fields, particularly proposed changes to statutes, regulations, and administrative practices directly affecting the IP protection available for such inventions, including, whenever appropriate, working in cooperation and collaboration with other relevant committees.
