Day of Conversation

March 20, 2024, at 3 p.m. ET.

The Guided Conversations Project, supported by the This Talk Isn't Cheap report and toolkit, aims to illuminate the intersectional experiences of women of color and promote allyship in the legal profession. In honor of this vision and Women's History Month, the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession (CWP) is hosting a panel of highly accomplished women who represent a diversity of identities and legal specialties. Moderated by former CWP Chair Michele Coleman Mayes (Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, New York Public Library), the panelists will share their experiences and engage in a thought-provoking dialogue around race, gender, and ethnicity in the legal profession.
