Katerina Nikolova Program Coordinator, joined ABA ROLI in 2014. Ms. Nikolova previously worked on ABA ROLI's Balkan Regional Rule of Law Program in the five program countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia). She was formerly ABA ROLI’s field finance manager and was responsible for grant compliance and all sub-grant financial compliance for a multi-year, multi-million dollar ABA ROLI grant based in Macedonia. She has 15 years of experience in the areas of finance, procurement and administration, and program implementation, including managing sub-grants for U.S. government-funded multi-year, multi-state regional programs. Prior to joining ABA ROLI, she worked for Tetra Tech DPK where she worked on a U.S. Agency for International Development-funded project for eight years. Ms. Nikolova also worked for the Open Society Institute Foundation in Macedonia on a Civil Society Project for two years. Ms. Nikolova graduated with a degree in economics, focused in financial management, from St. Cyril and Methodius University, in Skopje, Macedonia.
