Najia Alouane is a native of Morocco and was raised in Belgium. She worked in private sector in Brussels as Financial Analyst until she moved to the US 16 years ago. In  the US , she first worked for an Energy Company for 2 years before joining the non-profit world at the ABA for exactly  14 years. Najia has multicultural background and speaks multiple languages: English , French, Dutch , and Arabic.
