Karen Febeo
Managing Director of Professional Development & Training | Goodwin Procter

Karen has spent eleven years in talent development. As Goodwin Procter’s Managing Director of Professional Development & Training, she leads development and training for attorneys and professional staff, aligning a development strategy with the evolving marketplace to ensure that Goodwin Procter’s people are leaders in client service. Karen focuses on leadership, business, and project management skill development and also leads engagement, feedback, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Karen practiced law for over eight years at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault. Karen holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from UConn School of Law.

Matthew J. Rubins
Senior VP – Corporate Development | Six Red Marbles

Matt has spent twenty-five years in finance and business strategy and operations, including thirteen years as a General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, a $1.3 billion Private Equity/VC firm, and five years on Wall Street as an investment banker. After departing M/C in 2010, Matt spent three and a half years in business education at The Fullbridge Program, where he developed finance curriculum and led training programs for over 700 junior and senior associates. He currently leads corporate development at Six Red Marbles, a private equity-based developer of educational content and curriculum. Matt holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS-Engineering from Cornell University.

Betsy Munnell
Business Development Coach | EHMunnell

Betsy practiced law for nearly twenty-five years as a partner, deal lawyer, and rainmaker at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge (now Locke Lord), having previously been an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart. She is now a private business development and career coach for law firms and lawyers. An outspoken advocate for intensive training in business and financial skills and business generation, Betsy has also consulted to The Fullbridge Program on law program content, marketing strategies, and brand awareness. Betsy is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, where she also serves as a Visiting JD Advisor. Betsy is a board member of the ABA Career Center.
